The Collaborative Power Inspection Task Allocation Method of “Unmanned Aerial Vehicle and Operating Vehicle”

In order to overcome the short battery life and poor long-distance maneuverability of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) in power inspection operations, some provincial municipal companies promote a new mode “UAV operating vehicle (OV)” collaborative inspection. This paper investigates into actual problems cooperative operations OV multi-UAVs, proposes model task allocation for inspections which includes four sub-problems: division single operation circle, location parking spots, multi-UAVs allocation, path planning OV. The proposed is solved by using improved K-means algorithm genetic algorithm, case analysis carried out. calculation results show that this practical feasible, can provide theoretical guidance inspections.
